How do I stop my 3 month old chicken from pecking this little girl?

Odds are it is still around. Have you gone out to look by sitting quitely?

I have had similar happen many times and juveniles seldom go very far. Avoid chasing if you do spot it. If it was scared enough it will slink about in underbrush and even burrow into weeds to avoid you. It will not just keep going in a strange direction. When I have have broods busted up by a predator (hen lost) I could put a rooster in a pen near where I think lost chicks are located. Chicks will go to the rooster if they cannot hear siblings or mother.

Unfortunately my yard is fenced in and we do not have anywhere she can hide. No trees no shrubs etc. she flew over my 6 foot fence and last I saw her was in my neighbors yard.

I would systematically check with neighbors. I have even had what you have going on in an urban setting. Birds moved further but also more predictable in where they would hold, often for days. Look for bushes and hedge rows.
