My whole family isn't into scrambled especially with duck eggs. It makes the rubbery.

Breakfast sandwiches! Not always at breakfast either.

I love homemade egg McMuffins, but my very favorite is a sandwich with toasted grainy flax bread, a scrambled egg, and one slice of melty American cheese. It’s so basic but so so so good. This thread made me really want to try sourdough though.

Thats what forgot to say! I love egg McMuffins SO much! I would want one right now, but I don't have the buns - and I just ate lunch.

They're creamier, bigger overall egg, bigger yolk, and they're amazing with a semi runny yolk.

DH prefers duck eggs over chicken eggs. Don't tell the chickens that

They're better when you put an egg that's yolk is a bit runny. The yolk soaks into the English muffin. That's how my family eats them.

I make simple Pickled Onions in the refridgerator... Just White vinegar onions sliced thin... then I add in cucumber slices both are great on sandwiches... I used the onions under Fish when I steam saute it. REally good...

We do onions, cucumber slices and apple cider vinegar. Thanks for reminding me! Been a long time since I've had them
