4 large eggs fried sunny-side up in butter with a side of 3 pancakes and smothered by real maple syrup. Or in egg salad sandwiches depending on whether you're talking breakfast or lunch.

Yes. You will have to experiment with time steamed, due to size and preference of "doneness", but the result is nothing less than miraculous.
