Just try adding spices. The best I think is Cajun sesonings without the added salt.
I have tried the pineapple method and I thought it was really gross.
Sounds like your diet is well thought through and Ithink you will achieve your goal. Its hard at first but you get use to it very fast. The pounds just shed off.

I mix my FF cottage cheese with brown rice, and splenda. OR, I toss in a FF yogurt and spoonful of protein powder. Mornings, I'll mix it with oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon. Or, whip it up in the omelet or scrambled eggs. And, there's a good pancake recipe that uses oatmeal, cottage cheese and applesauce - will try to find and send.
