I am getting ready to add 2 9 week old pullets in with my 1 yo hens. How do I feed the young ones grower feed and the older ones layer feed? Won't they all eat both? [IMG]

Having never had this problem, the only solution I can think of is to feed them all grower feed and offer the laying hens some oyster shell on the side.

Thanks Gritsar! I didn't know something like that could work. I already offer the girls oyster shell free choice, will the younger ones not eat it if they don't need it?
    Thanks Again!

Nope, the hens that need it will take it. I leave a pile of oyster shell out for my hens all the time. I have never seen my rooster eat from it either.
