How early do Roosters crow?

Last night Morticia...one of our little Svart Hona girls, strecthed her neck waaay out and screeched three times in a row. They are 3 weeks old today. Should we think about REnaming “her”?

Well technically, you're asking how early can cockerels crow. A Rooster is a male chicken 1 year or older.
I've had cockerels crow as early as 3 weeks

Wow! That little one sure looks like a lot of male! Thick legs, standing tall, pretty significant comb development.
Maybe call her Mortimer.
