We live in central CALIFORNIA......its HOT in the summer......99 plus degrees sometimes...and there are days I don't get out to collect the afternoon eggs because of other work or engagements.....

.Do I need to chuck these eggs that don't get collected in the heat of the day, just to be on the safe side?????? I HATE to waste them..:-(

Thanks for any input

If you collect them very regularly then they don't need to be thrown out. But if you are concerned about them, don't pitch them, feed them to the chickens!

what is considered "regularly"? I collect them once a day when I get home from work, around 4:30pm.
