How long before my chickens will lay eggs

    I have two red star hens that have recently been moved how long will it be before they resume laying

    Varies chicken to chicken. Once they calm down and see the new place as home they will start laying. Could take a week or it could take a month or longer [​IMG]Welcome to the site!

    Out to pasture
    [​IMG]try putting a golf ball or two in the nest box, to let them know that is where they lay eggs at their new house.
