Our chickens have only been laying for a couple of weeks and their eggs are still kind of small. I have only made hard boiled eggs with large, store bought eggs before. Does anyone know how long small eggs should be cooked for? I usually do the cold water method where you place the eggs in cold water and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let them sit in the water until cooked, usually like 15 minutes. Will the egg size make enough of a difference to overcook them?
