How long until I can take baby chicks outside (semi-permanently) with supplemental heat?

They have been outside with an optional heat source, they have been flying around and scratching, and dust bathing all day, they have been great outside all day since 8:30. Here’s some pics of them. also, any guesses on gender for the white ones?

semi-permanently just means I can bring them inside if it gets super cold. They have a brooder set up.

I take mine outside after 10 days with a heat plate to go under if they get chilly.
Have done that with temps down to low 40s(F) but I know others have done so with outside temps below freezing.

Outside temperatures? How old are the chicks? I'm guessing around 2 weeks or so?

2 and a half weeks almost.

They should be fine, I just noticed you mentioned they have the option of a heat source when they're out as well.
