Update on the hen.
She hasn't had a crackle sound when breathing for over a day now. She's showing no visible symptoms of illness at this point. I switched from Tylan50 injections to Sulfa drugs in the water Wednesday evening. She's a bantam, so she doesn't drink much at all. But it seems like the drugs are working. I plan on keeping her quarantined until the necropsy final report comes in. That will probably one week from today. Thank you to @Eggcessive for helping me out and leading me to sulfa drugs for treatment.

Update
Hen is acting completely normal today. Eating and drinking normally. Face and comb bright red. No signs of illness. I think the sulfa drugs did their job. I'm supposed to give her the sulfa water for one more day and then I can stop. I bought some poultry probiotics to give her. It's best to give probiotics after sulfa drugs. At least that's what the medication instructions say
