How many chickens in this coop

my dad is coming down from a state away to build me a coop. It's high time I got my butt in gear with planning.

How many chickens can an 8x10 coop hold?

I'm in hot west Texas, so I'm making a 3 sided coop, with a wall on hinges that I can swing down for my 2 or 3 cold months. I'm hoping/planning on a 15 or 20x30 run.

Sounds good. Eighty sq. ft. could hold fifteen to twenty big chickens pretty well. Enjoy! Mary
