I do 5 days on, 2 days in a row off. 2 days full body, 1 day tabata, 1 day legs, 1 day arms, 2 days rest. My idea of rest is lots of chores, and perhaps a yoga session.They say you’re supposed to have a rest day or two every week and/or work on different muscle groups to let your muscles heal. Otherwise you can actually make less progress lol
