I didn't set an appointment.
We just talked about meeting up one day this week.

I might wait until the gyms in my area open back up instead of driving down to their gym to learn.
I haven't made my mind up yet.
 
I once did one hundred sit-ups and survived. Also 50 knee bends, but I didn’t warm up and had cramps for a week.

You don't have to do all 50 at once. Just do 10 now and then in 20 minutes or 30 minutes to 10 more then in an hour do 10 more.

I've already done hundreds today plus I've moved more than my normal amount too.
