I also ran up and down the stairs 5 Times (up and down is one to me up 5 and down 5) then walked it two more times plus did 4 lunges, 5 leg lifts, and some other stretches. Gonna do more walking now and run up and down the driveway instead of my walk since it’s so late. I’m exhausted lol
Kiki was right about the caffeine because now my body is so physically exhausted and worn down and painful and I want to rest but my mind is running 5 million miles an hour and wanting to do MORE MORE MORE because I didn’t do that much earlier and honestly I’ve been “on” or “going” for like a few hours now and haven’t shut off yet so that’s making me more tired because I haven’t really had a break yet![]()
I need to just SIT and CHILL but I did that a ton today already so I want to GO!! At 10 PM in the dark unfortunately.![]()
