I also ran up and down the stairs 5 Times (up and down is one to me up 5 and down 5) then walked it two more times plus did 4 lunges, 5 leg lifts, and some other stretches. Gonna do more walking now and run up and down the driveway instead of my walk since it’s so late. I’m exhausted lol

Kiki was right about the caffeine because now my body is so physically exhausted and worn down and painful and I want to rest but my mind is running 5 million miles an hour and wanting to do MORE MORE MORE because I didn’t do that much earlier and honestly I’ve been “on” or “going” for like a few hours now and haven’t shut off yet so that’s making me more tired because I haven’t really had a break yet :lau :th

I need to just SIT and CHILL but I did that a ton today already so I want to GO!! At 10 PM in the dark unfortunately. 😭😭

I consider ripping scotchbroom, mowing, weed wacking, etc a long, fairly ineffective workout. If I'm sweating, it counts.
Yes... It's a real workout...I Do this kind of workout everyday.

I'm talking about extra... Like these stupid squats that I'm doing.
Or doing a 45-minute video.
And going to the gym so a college boy can train me.

These extra things.... I don't want them to be an hour long...at once.

I would like my extras to be just a few minutes long multiple times a day maybe.


I'm tired.

And going to the gym so a college boy can train me.

I don't even know what the hell I'm trying to explain anymore.
 
today was quite the day......i’m a little sore from trying to keep up with you last night @Kiki and the rainy weekend turned my aviary into a muddy, nasty, stinky mess!! we’ve got to get some sun to dry it so we can do our monthly turn and mulch!! DH talked me into the trolling motors for the kayaks that he’s been planning for and the only one we could find available was at a local walmart :sick sooooo he ordered online for pickup. we dropped the camper back at storage and then i went in to get it. This has to be the trashiest walmart in our area. pickup is in the back of the store and it took forever to find the associate working and there was this “shady dude” basically following me around this empty area of the store.....I had one hand on the carry pocket of my bag and the other ready to text DH to come inside when I finally got my order. I carried it all the way out the door where DH said this doesn’t feel right and he opened the box to find an old worn out motor not even same brand!! we took it straight back inside where it took almost an hour to get the mgr to talk to us.....they first sent a message that we would have to send it to the manufacturer!!! DH found the only other motor in stock but it’s box had been “resealed” as well and had none of the paperwork or warranty information in the box:eek:
the mgr finally showed up and we took the one w/o paperwork because all others we had found would not arrive until midway through our trip! Moral of the story: smack me if i ever consider stepping foot into another walmart!! and always open any packages in front of an associate before leaving a store especially if there is any sign of original seal being broken!!
I'm glad Walmart doesn't sell baby chicks!

A focused workout is far more effective in a much shorter period of time. Honestly, you'll be hard pressed (hopefully by a college boy) to find something shorter. Other than tabatas.

45 consecutive minutes of tabata stuff will kill me.
I can't do that.
I might be able to do five minutes.
 
I found a short video.
I could do each of these things but with like a 10-minute break in between each one. There's no way in the world I could do this whole video all at once.

I can't think of that group's name right now but I know you know who I'm talking about.
