High of 4 degrees yesterday and I got three eggs super excited because They had not laid in about 3 weeks and now have had 6 sense christmas. With 19 hens hope this means they are over there dry spell .

2 so far today, ended up with 3 yesterday. I found the last one when I went to lock them in for the night. My 3 hens are pretty consistent. I get 2 or 3 just about every day.

3/3 today and we know who is laying - both Wyandottes and our Polish. That leaves 2 silkies and Aracauna to.start.

We built nesting boxes but several of our girls lay in the area under the boxes! Go figure!
