I have this same problem! Our chickens and dogs exponentially more eggs than we do.

What is a Lulu egg?

We have a Blue Andalusian whose name is Lulu and she lays an almost pink (tinted) egg. So, we have a version of "Lulu eggs" here, too!

Our Lulu also lays a little pink egg! She's a BB Red Old English game hen who is the size of a Robin.

My husband laughs and says "to many eggs is a good problem" LOL

So was I until DH came home for a visit. Now I have about 3 dzn. Phew. Egg salad and deviled eggs for a few day too.

I so understand!!!! I fed the chickens 5 dozen, where do they put it? They gobbled it up in minutes!!!!!!!

I think it's time for quiche as well as deviled eggs and egg salad!

Can't remember if I posted this photo or not. I'm getting 3 a day Outta 8 layers. Two EEs and a red star. My wyandottes and barred rocks are the free loade I'm sure they think they are doing me a favr since I'm already drowning in eggs!
