14 out of 18 hens. A record for us. We typically get between 8 and 12. They have been laying for roughly 6 weeks. I can't get them to lay in the boxes though. They lay everywhere else.

Try putting golf balls or ping pong balls in the nest boxes. They will get it eventually.
