How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I guess #BYC should use this eggs count thread to come up with the highest egg collector of the year and make available in the yearly calendar they've been producing. Guys what do you say about this?

11/14 so far. Girls are picking up just in time for a cold snap.

2/2. Both my freeloading girls have finally laid an egg. Taken them until nearly 11months old. First egg from one and second egg from the other.

Well my ladies have bounced back from the coop fire fine. They gave me 13 today. I'm thankful they seem ok. No burns I can see. I might of lost my coop and all 16 of my babies but the girls seem ok. Praise God.

Yeah. I wasn't feeling well Wednesday so I went to bed without checking the coop but my husband knew it was supposed to get cold so he went out and turned on the heat. We had a heater with a safety shut off if it flipped and even had it separated by hardware cloth sitting on a concrete block but it still burnt my coop to the ground. My babies were in an area without access to the outside so they couldn't escape. Anyway. At 1 am our neighbor was pounding on our door screaming fire. Lost the whole thing and all my 3 week olds. Because I was sick I didn't close the coop my adults were able to escape. Thank God for small favors.
