3/5 today. I collected the eggs, and then I let the three 5 week old chicks saved from my NY Day hatch loose with the hens.

It seems to me I read somewhere about breaking the eggs into ice cube trays and freezing them that way. I'll see if I can find where I saw that.
@AlleysChicks -The website said to lightly spray the plastic ice cube tray with olive oil, crack an egg into each cube, poke a tiny hole in yolk using a toothpick, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top to preserve egg texture, let freeze, pop and and store in freezer bags. I think it said they will last a year. If i find the website i will post it
Please do post it when you find it. I have a feeling that it won't be long until I might have to start freezing some, too.
