Yahoo! Got 16 eggs out of 17 hens! Only one leghorn didn’t lay. The 3 of them are getting a health check tomorrow to make sure nothing’s wrong - since they were off laying yesterday too. Angel the separated leghorn did lay but off the roost again and it broke. No one is eating it, which I guess is good. I need to figure out what to do about Angel. But I’m out of time as I leave Saturday for 3 weeks. I hate to leave the sitter with a broken egg to clean up most days. Grr.

The 16 eggs means the broodies are back laying. The 2 pullets turned it back on fast! It’s only been a couple of days since they broke broody.

7 eggs for me today. 1 of which is a new layer egg. It's very small, but not a fart egg.
