Those are great for recipes that need 1 egg but you only want to make half a recipe. For example, pancakes.

14 eggs. I expected less given yesterday’s banner day.

Any egg regardless of size counts as a full egg in my house Otherwise I’d have to count my leghorn and sapphire gem eggs as 3 and 2 eggs respectively. They are BIG!

I use banty eggs if I am only making them for me you know I have 4 of them when not broody they do lay eggs.. Seems I have 6 from main coop raining here finally remember why I do not like the rain

Made peach pineapple spread. I think I made it pretty tart because it said to add no sugar up to 2 cups of sugar ( to taste). Well, since I've never even heard of this recipe before, I went with no sugar. I have no idea how it is suppose to taste ( or even what you are supposed to do with it!)
I think it may be good on a fruit pizza, spread over cream cheese. Or maybe as a topping for a cake ( also spread over cream cheese).
