How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Finally got 5 today! Now we just wait for the other half to start

I got 16 for yesterday and today, 11 from the pens and 5 from the carriers. Yesterday it rained extremely hard all day with very high winds we lost power and I couldn't make it to the barns. My incubator's temp dropped to 84* degrees Fahrenheit before I could get it warmed up with a blanket to 98.8* degrees

Good luck! Depending on what day they are on they could be fine. Remember Broody hens get off the nest often at least once a day and the eggs cool off then too. Some people even mimic that by lifting the incubator lid for a while every day. They call it "hardening off". So don't give up hope yet!

Only 8 eggs for me today.

5 again today, don't know why the girls have started slacking now just when they should be starting to pick up the pace.

So came out of it with 9 from the main coop one huge Blue
2 from silkie

It was about 30 minutes until temp was back up, iam getting a candler tomorrow to check them out, it will be day 8, so I hope your right

Thank you that makes me feel a bite better, this is my first time trying to hatch eggs so I am worried and eggcited at the same time
