You know what you need? (If you don't have one already) An egg apron! I bought one in anticipation of all the eggs I'm going to get this summer

3 out of 3. My OE's still laying, although very irregularly and they're all softies. She's full-on broody now, and won't leave the nest unless i pick her up or I let her out to free range and eat treats

6 out of 12, plus one that got smushed. I finally got a solid one out of the girl that just finished molting and has been having thin/shelless ones for the last week or two.

8 yesterday and only 6 today. I have another broody screeching in the box probably scaring everyone else away but she's spending the night in jail so hopefully not too long.

5 out of 6 today. I got 4 yesterday.

10 eggs today and the cool thing is I closed out the month with 246 which is the same exact number as last month.

9 and a broken thin shell out of 12. My blue layers are slacking today. I have a bantam Easter egger pullet that should start laying any time now too.

I gave a friend a few hens and a rooster today. I now have 83 hens and 5 roosters. Chicken math goes both ways.
76 eggs today.
