I got 5 eggs out of 7 hens. Sometimes I get 6. They should all be laying consistently very soon

I got 9 today! Coco laid another “almost” egg, and actually got it in the nest box this afternoon. The shell is more like a “crystallized sugar crust”. Extremely fragile and hard to handle without destroying.
