How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I thought I only got one, all I found when I checked about 4pm.

When I walked the dog about 8pm I checked, found another.

So, 2.

I got 10 today. Pretty good with who is in my flock.

There are 28 birds.
1 cockerel
11 pullets that are laying
10 are elderly at 6-7 or more years old and molting
6 pullets are to young to lay yet.

Lost this thread! Hi again everybody!
Got 2/8 yesterday, molting has hit them hard!
Have 12 new pullets that I’m waiting on, hopefully will see a new egg from them in the next few weeks, otherwise it is going to be a long winter waiting!

My French Marans and my Ameraucana are the only two laying, so my carton is blue & dark brown only lol.

1 today. Rainbow has gone into hard molt mode and her comb has shrunk so she looks just like Galena now.

Got my FIRST eggs today these came from 2 bantam girls (silkie mixes) I "adopted" this week that were already old enough to lay, but I'm happy they're comfortable in their new home!
