I just found this flexible shelled, not fully formed yolk in the nest boxes. Is this someone's first ever egg or am I developing a calcium problem? I have 3 from 6 that have just started laying 3 weeks ago, hoping that today's egg is a practise one

I got 1 of these types of eggs in December from one of my pullets... but only one!! Hopefully it will be the same for you.
