Great chart! I have a pullet that started laying at 17 weeks. She's been laying for almost 2 months and still has tiny eggs (40 gram range). My pullets that just started laying at 23 week are producing extra large eggs already (62 gram average). I'm thinking it is better to have them start laying later. Our production is up again. Only one who hasn't restarted after her broodyness, and one pullet hasn't started laying yet, but she's getting redder all the time. Average egg size is up to 38.4g, but that includes every egg we've gotten. I think we're currently averaging a bit above 40g
