7 Chicken egg's today

I found a nest that I am unable to get to that has over 20 egg's in it ,,, I wonder when the Ferret is going to find that nest ....

Yes, I treated my flock with Corrid for 5 days ( I had some month old chicks die for no apparent reason, so I treated them with Corrid in case they had Coccidia (not sure if I spelled that correctly or not). Anyway, the directions say to wait 2 or 3 weeks after medicating before you eat the eggs again.

Thanks for sharing--like I said in brand new to chickens and that's brand new to me. I'm glad I asked--I wouldn't have planned for down production time to administer meds. The more you know, the more you know...right?

STILL (2 months later) fighting a respiratory infection. Can't eat the eggs because of antibiotics... Hopefully when/if they get over this they will start laying more..

I'm wondering if you've thought of them having Aspergillosis? Because antibiotics won't work on that.

No I haven't heard of that, what is that?? If that is the case what do I do? They all act fine, very very active, just a little wheezy
