Between quiches, deviled eggs, eggs for breakfast, incubating eggs I don't have enough to sell. I was at a sushi restaurant Saturday and the Chinese waitresses wanted to buy 5 dozen. I don't think I have that many.
I think I'm down to 17 hens. One of them is sitting on eggs and another is thinking about going broody.

What do the 3 numbers mean (x/x/x)? I will probably feel stupid when you tell me. I'm thinking it's maybe how many eggs out of how many hens but can't figure out the third number. I'm a newbie.
