I have been getting about 33 to 35 eggs every 2 days.
Fingers crossed some of them at least are OK. Bummer about all the roos - I'm looking at my 1st little hatched family of 4 and thinking 2 roos, possibly 1 pullet plus Edward Scissorbeak who honestly I don't think will make it - he is so tiny compared to the others. Not great results from the 9 eggs I put under her! At least with my Sussex she is big so I can put more under her than the silkiesThey are due today or tomorrow, I was looking forward to see more hatch since I want more of the Olive Egger and Black Copper Marans
(The last incubator hatched 8 wks ago, I got 8 roo out of 13) Plus I promised a friend with 3 small kids a couple of chicks this week. Broody II was off probably for half a day. It was 60s (18*C) that day. Broody III & IV are due to hatch eggs later next week.
Picture!!!OK I have one gorgeous little totally yellow chick![]()
I know I stupidly didn't take my phone down with me (mind you I was in my PJs with no pockets LOL!). I'll go back down in a bit and get the broken shells etc and get some pics!Picture!!!

Not sure about that first one - I think there are 2 yellow ones (a Faverolles and a Orpington I think) and a black and yellow (Australorp).Yey, what kind?
Yehaa! one chick hatched this morning from broody II, after thinking that all her eggs had got cold and died
Faverolles (I think!) for the first little yellow one as there are cute little feathers on it's legsYey, what kind?
