How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

10 today but I think I am missing a hen. I'm positive that the big coop has 22 birds (21 hens and 1 rooster). I counted them tonight ( but not last night) and tonight there were only 21 birds in total in that coop. I checked the small coop to see if 1 hen had decided to change coops, but no, there were just the 10 birds ( 8 hens and 2 roosters) in there.
It was well after dark, so I am hoping that tomorrow she will show back up. That happens occasionally. Otherwise, she probably got eaten by something.

Today I got 39.

i got 9 eggs today out of 10 hens that should be laying at this time woohooo.

am down to five hens and five eggs a day.

I got 10 on Thrusday and 12 on Friday. Yesterday I was sick and did get out of bed, so my son and grandson collected the eggs when they feed & watered all my girls.

I've been getting 3-4 a day out of my 4 newly laying hens. Its interesting, I've had oyster shell out for them for a few months right next to their grit and they have never touched it, but since they started laying a week or two ago, they have been eating it up. It's so interesting how they know what to eat and when!
