How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

3 out of 8. We’re going to worm them this weekend, so hopefully production starts to go back up after that.

I've been thinking about worming my birds as well. I'm holding off for a bit because I have 4 small pullets under 3 months old in 1 coop and 16 meat birds in the other coop. The 3rd coop has 6 meat birds of butchering age. I don't plan to worm them or the 16 other meat birds. I'll have to read on the wormer medication to see if it would be safe for the 4 young chicks or not,
I think I got a dozen eggs today. 1 was laid out in the middle of the dog yard. I let the big coop out there today to get some fresh grass. It seemed like the chickens were setting up an Easter egg hunt for me!

I have 9 from 2 coop my EE tried to go in broody box well broody no part of that
but the EE and cochin grew up together 2 out of silkie today

I’m holding off on my pullets as well, they’re just over 3 months, but all of the adult birds are getting treated.
Haha, maybe she got so excited when you let them into the yard it just popped out!

I’m so late I guess my one egg was yesterday. One out of 4. I’ve decided to make the rabbit hutch they use for a nest into a brooder. That’ll fix em!
