She does that every time i open that door no matter where she is she comes running. If they are out free ranging she sees me walk anywhere near that door she is at my feet instantly.

She has always liked spending way too much time in the nest boxes. I used to think she was broody until my Jersey Giant went broody for real l. now I can spot one that is serious about it. The jersey would flatten out like a pancake and was hot to the touch. The olive egger has never really sat on eggs like the jersey did.

We have dropped to 6 eggs a day the last few days. There are 12 pullets, 8 old hens, 6 to young yet at just 14 weeks and 1 cockerel.
