8 again today. It'll be likely that we won't be getting a perfect 10 for a while. Mean Red is in the process of turning into Mean Ugly right now but I still love her.

2 today, from Août and Juin.

Août’s egg was unfortunately very thin-shelled. I wasn’t alarmed, as it’s better than no shell at all, but though she seemed normal all day afterward, by bedtime she was quieter than normal and very tired. I’m worried she’s got another soft egg in there. She ate lots of egg shell, and drank a good amount of nutri-drench water before bed, so hopefully she’ll get it out by morning if it’s in there. She also broke a feather on her foot tonight and it was bleeding. Not a good day for poor Août.

I got 6 yesterday and haven't checked for today. I got 5 today but I'm beginning to wonder what's up with Cinnamon because she's the only one not laying daily.

Août’s was another soft-shelled egg just like I suspected, laid from the roost bar overnight
