How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got my usual one from my one "grownup," Eggatha, a 2 yr old RIR. She has laid an egg EVERY DAY except 2 since she came here in late November! I'm so afraid someone will tell her that not all chicks lay daily all winter long in sun or snow. Hope my 2 Welsummers will be inspired by her when they reach laying age!

10 today. I can’t wait for my pullets to start laying next month. I had to turn away an order today and I don’t have any eggs for breakfast in the morning.

I only have 8 from the main coop other coop none am not even looking at silkie just now lots of new peeps with their silkie Moms

I know I got 14 eggs at lock up, but I don't remember how many I grabbed this morning. I think it was 7??
That would make a total of 21. The good news is that some of the hens have quit laying in the nest that the broody took over so hopefully I won't have too many if any eggs to grab out of there from now on. She gets a bit sensitive when I am reaching past her and the chicks to get the eggs. I think she thinks I am trying to get the chicks!

I got 4 from 7 hens, but that's more than I expected since it was 106° today!!!
