I've been playing violin for about 2 decades. Haven't played much in the last few years. but I got a 4 song demo done in December, and once the bar exam is over with, I want to start playing again, maybe find a band to join. Not really interested in playing classical so much, and definately do not want to join an orchestra. After getting a Bachelor's degree, I am so over being in a classical world, I'm too much of a rebel to walk within stiff classical box. It used to drive my teacher crazy that I would want to do things my way, and it drove me crazy because I always felt that she wasn't allowing me to be a musician, just another robot violinist.
On my bucket list I have a list of instruments I want to learn, but primarily guitar. So far I can only play 5 chords on it though.

I had percussion class in high school and did marching band and played different mallet instruments and I can slightly play piano.

I have a guitar and I want to learn to play it very badly!!!! No one around here teaches the guitar............their all piano teachers

!! So I went on google and googled online guitar lessons and that search ended badly

I hope I get to learn how to play soon I know the C chord and thats it!!!!!!!!!

I play accordion, piano, electronic keyboard, and some percussion instruments, but lately I find myself not spending much time with music, and most of my free time is spent somehow devoted to chickens.

I was part of a praise and worship band for several years, a praise leader at a different church for the last 9 years, and right now I'm at a different church and not involved in the music. It's ok, though. Sometimes I miss it; sometimes I am relieved not to have the additional responsibility that comes with it.
