How many wine makers do we have here?

I would like to try making some fruit wine this year.  I have never made any before, been reading through this thread, but not finished yet.

Raspberry, sour cherry, and pear, these are the fruits I have the most of from my yard/garden. That is where I want to start anyway. Have to admit I was intruigued by some of the posts about using veggies, never had thought of that at all.

I'm not a winemaker *yet*, but hope to dive in this year with some beginner stuff. I'm putting in a couple dozen vidal blanc vines this year in hopes of some homemade eiswine in a few years.

No and No. lol I have been looking on Ebay for yeasts but there were so many I decided I needed to do more reading to figure out which one(s) I needed. I was very grateful for someones post way back on this thread about how to make your own homemade containers out of food grade buckets and bottles, so I need to find the little domawhaps that go on top to keep the air out.
