That's- not a Partridge Cochin...... He's like a B.B. Red Old English Game, bantam? Very flighty! Mine has flown up to 10-30 ft up in the air before, not to mention they loved flying up onto my house. I'll suggest a covered run like mine always needed, or clip BOTH wings.He looks to be a Partridge Cochin.
