How much does your chicks cost at the feed store or TSC

In Southern Oregon at feed stores such as Coastal and grange stores, the price is $2.59-2.99 for pullet chicks. Chicks have all had to be pre-ordered here, none available if you walk in. Every time a shipment comes in, they are all sold.

I ordered some Light Brahmas and did not get any and I ordered over a month ago. They said they won't be able to get me any. Chicks in my area have been very hard to get. Hatchlings the feed stores said have not been happening and that's at 4 different stores using different hatcheries.

What is a TSC store by the way? Never heard of that except here.

They had RIR, BSL, and BO. They said that they had BR as well but I think they were just the BSL roos. They have somebody hatch them for the store and I belive they just put in the roos and said they were BR as none of them were labeled as pullets.

yea same with my feed store here they were set to recieve like 5 diffrent breeds and all that cam in were ameracaunas/ee's and meat birds, i need to call them to see they are going to get more

at my feed store i believe they try to get as much pullets as possible as this is a city area so roosters are a no no lol

Our feed store has meat birds for 1.19, what they call rainbow layers 2.39, Ameraucana's and all others are 2.59. Yes, they are up from last year.
