Sounds like you have some butchering to do. I understand the renting thing. We used to have our birds at another farm and when a weasal kept getting in we wanted to fix the fence and the owner didn't want to contribute even though it was his property and he wanted us to raise the birds for him to eat the eggs and stare at. We were so frustrated! we did fix it on our dime but, realized we needed to complete our own place and move the operation there for ourselves.
