How much is $43 Trillion... with a "T"

Anyone can file a lawsuit (for just about anything at any time - filing fees really do need to be jacked-up and `frivolity' prosecuted). Don't want to waste too much time on this puke other than to note the current case pending against him in CA, as it should be instructive as to means and methods - current `filing' is just same BS writ large): From: http://www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp...d93921fbad9d7e&bpcl=36601534&biw=1907&bih=941 If the article in the original link hadn't been so execrably written (actually hurt trying to parse it) I'd probably not have bothered to comment again. And, it seems, I'm not the only one so `smitten' by the style (`comes the judge' commenting on his dismissal of another Stein job): From (and you can follow the case info. back to original filing if so inclined - I wouldn't suggest it): http://www.brookstone-law.com/pdfs/Legaspi_Rulings_03-15-2012.pdf Methinks a bit too much Bolivian marching powder, or too little Lithium... Bottom feeding scammer QED

Don't want to waste too much time on this puke other than to note the current case pending against him in CA,

excellent work
very nicely done

1) this "lawsuit" is a scam - proven so by your due diligence; posting legal documents on the internet, researching the lawyer's background; spearing no time nor effort to make sure the previous internet blog post is proven false beyond a reasonable doubt (which is what you do, when you see erouneous information posted on a blog-spot)

2) this "lawsuit" is real - the ministry of truth is working overtime to put the cat back into the bag

either way,
excellent work

Post a working link to the actual filing (court/docket number/paperwork filed/date submitted).

Yours from the Ministry of Cynical (hard-earned) Skepticism.

*if you find an Actual Filing I'll take some Dramamine and attempt to slog through it.
*Reading the article in the first link you provided reminded me of that cartoon shtick, in the old TV Funhouse show, `The immigrant and the baby and the guy on mushrooms'.

Well that's about $120,000 for every man woman and child in the U.S.A.

So where do I send my address so I'm sure to get my share ?

okay, here you go
this is from the Wall Street Journal - Oct 25, 2012.

Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML

don't forget to drink lots of water with your Dramamine

Thanks for the advice but, after `reading' what is available, I think I'll just stick my head in the bathtub and get it over with (link to image file): http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/5857/usaracketeeringonmortga.pdf So, 838 plaintiffs. How many paid a nonrefundable fee to be included? (in CA their previous cases have been dismissed - lawyers got paid, of course). How many of those plaintiffs don't know they've been included in the suit? (also discovered in this renamed law firm's suits). 1808 defendants (some of which - I only skimmed - are long defunct. Others, the big banks/MERS have already settled to the Government's satisfaction). I have a feeling that the NY Attorney General will be examining this bit of flim flam just as the CA AG is at present. The supporting documentation is all over the place (hashed and rehashed). If they had worked their way through the FCIC info they'd at least have some narrative structure: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/GPO-FCIC/pdf/GPO-FCIC.pdf Apparently, the bit below was filed in 10/12: Good luck with that. Also, it hasn't been `legislation' since 2010: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-111publ203/pdf/PLAW-111publ203.pdf Don't get me wrong, my grandparents nearly got hornswoggled into Keating's Lincoln scam (S&L crisis). William Black, now a prof. at UMKC, made a 1000+ felony convictions, exposed the Keating Five and was indirectly responsible for the resignation of House Speaker Wright (regulatory capture is nothing but corruption waiting to happen). A window existed, briefly, during which both the Bush/Obama admins could have done the right thing - but they didn't. These guys are worse, they are preying on the crumbs.

We're gonna a need a much bigger lawsuit: http://www.dallasfed.org/news/speeches/fisher/2008/fs080528.cfm (hasn't gotten any smaller since Fisher made the estimate).

OMG....my 14-year-old has a better BS detector than the OP.

lawyers, dude... up to their elbows in it...

it's not about the lawsuit,
it's about what will come out during the discovery process...

it's kind of like that highway patrol that pulled my over last night
pulled over for allegedly speeding; during the discovery process... a whole bunch of chickens in my trunk (transportation of live chickens requires a permit in my state).

i wonder what they will find while searching through the banking records of that particular offshore bank...
