Hey, I've been giving the kids outside alternating days with plain yogurt and cooked oatmeal with protein powder in it (complements of Jack Lalane-I didn't like the stuff, but it seems to be all natural with soy and whey) in the morning. I am pleased to see feathers growing back and less of the plucking. Should they get protein every day, every other day, two times a week? [IMG]

Thanks for the advice on everything![IMG]

Thank you for the help. I think we're doing okay. In the morning, we give them a mix of scratch and crumble (Egg laying) along with either oatmeal mixed with the protein powder or plain yogurt. In the evening, they get fresh veggies and when it's really hot, frozen watermelon. Let me know if you can think of anything else to add to their diet. Ours are quite spoiled.
