How Much Should I Price 6 Month Old Pullets At??

I have about 60 chicks of a few various breeds(Brown Leghorn, White Leghorn, Rhode Island Red, Barred Plymouth Rock, Gold Laced and Silver Laced Wyandotte) that I will be selling in a few months(in the spring) as 6 month old pullets and I don't know what to price them at. Everyone, except the Brown Leghorns(they came from TSC.), came from Meyer Hatchery and were vaccinated for Merek's. I was thinking around $10-$15 apiece but I'm wondering if thats too much? Any suggestions on how I should price them?

Check prices for started pullets at the many diff hatcheries. That should give you some idea.

It depends where you are. I am in the Denver area and can sell 4-5 month old pullets for $20-25 each. I sold around 175 this year. You will be ready to start moving them March-April as they will overwhelm your grow out pens.

I don't pay more than 15 here for a started pullet. I did pay more for a crested cream legbar, she was 25.
