Today I went to the feed store to buy fowl pox vaccine for our turkey poults. The label says it is for Pigeon Pox. Is that the same as fowl pox?

Also, the directions say it can be given to chickens between 4 and 16 weeks of age. Does that also apply to turkeys?

And how long do they need to be isolated before we can put them around our chickens? Our 3 and 4 week old turkey poults isolated in small cages for now, but we really need to get them into a bigger cage where there will be mosquitos and other birds that can transfer disease to them.

Last year, we had an awful time with fowl pox, and I really don't want to go through that again.
