Yesterday my SO and I culled and processed one of our Egyptian fayoumi roosters. Probably not the best breed for our first try but I managed to muddle through. We feed our dogs a raw diet so I wasn’t planning on eating it myself anyways. I could BARELY fit a finger in to do the processing side of it. I have one more fayoumi rooster and a bantam barnyard mix… my question is do y’all bother processing or just cull and bury? Not crazy about doing that, at least if it’s processed it will be used… I did try finding them new homes but everyone and their mother is trying to get rid of extra roosters and the bantam is a jerk.
