How to fix a fox problem

I started using cheap red led Christmas lights around my property and that seemed to do the trick. Now you can purchase SOLAR versions that mimic the eyes of a predator. I know I have foxes, possums, skunks, & raccoons. They have all at one time or another killed some of my birds. With the led lights and the electric poultry netting it has stopped all my ground predators. We have had hawks recently kills a couple but I don’t want to use a aerial fence as for me it would be to difficult for the situation I have set up. I would need to rearrange the entire setup. If they become a problem that’s when I’ll make that call.
the fence I got from 2 different suppliers.
#1 premier 1 fencing.https://www.premier1supplies.com/p/poultrynet-and-poultrynet-plus-12-48-3-kits-electric-netting?criteria=Chicken+Net+12%2F48%2F3

#2 rentacoop fencing. Purchased through amazon.

Hope this helps you out. The animals don’t like getting shocked and they haven’t returned. My birds wings aren’t clipped and they fly out during the day but at least they are protected when they are inside the run.

hope this helps out
Good luck

Hi, sorry for your loss. I would consider a hurding dog. Puppy of course. How about borrowing a live trap? We have used ours every year for something. If you have foxes you'll have possums and racoons. All night time marauders. The trick with a live trap is to cover it. Make it look like a SQUARE TUNNEL. If they can "see" through it, they feel less traped and will find the way in. The oder of the bate will travel through the tunnel and only one end is open, the trap door. I drap the tarp (or what ever I using) to drape over the trap door so from across the yard can tell if its been set off. Foxes have their place too just not MY YARD.

Before you jump to the idea of trapping/killing the fox, you probably want to check your local laws/statutes and make sure the fox/predator isn't a protected species.

That said, in this case your best defense is... a really good defense. Find how the thing is getting in and plug the vulnerabilities. Even if you did trap/kill this fox, another will probably come along. Any predator who gets a chance to take prey animals that are confined and can't flee will absolutely take it.

Thank you can you also tell me some info and spacing requirements for guard/farm dogs and some breeds. I also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel but he stays indoors at night. I will also do my own research
