i used to work with my dh at buildin house,, & would run from the bees & wasps,, then i needed a new plan so i wouldnt fall into the hole that would become the bacement,, I stared sayin,, go away bee go away bee,, normally works,, no i dont run any more,, but still have to close my eyes when i hearn the buzzin,, CANT stand the BUZZIN!!

One year I was bitten up so much that I actually bought one of those jacket w/hood and separate pant sets that look like they're made of mosquito netting. It worked, though it felt like I was looking through a canopy. It was expensive, but I got rid of it because people started looking at me like I was an alien.

Does anyone have homemade solutions for killing mosquitoes, yellowjackets, paper wasps, carpenter bees and hornets?

Take garlic pills. They are not the perfect solution, but, if I am out in the yard with other people, the mosquitoes bite all of them and NOT me.
