How to lose 60-70 lbs in a hurry?

Yep.. heard thats a good diet too...

I just did some quick reading on this one. You inject yourself with pregnancy hormones and cut you calories to 500 a day. There is no way this could be healthy.

You dont have to inject...lol! You can take it orally...
The hormones are fine and safe...
BUT the 500 calories is a killer! But you dont stay on 500 cal for long.....
But still... yea,.. that cant be too good...i guess.

Well then you haven't done enough reading. There is tons of scientific evidence on how & why it works. Think about it like this. When a woman has morning sickness and doesn't eat much anything how do you think she and the baby survive? Because the HCG unlocks the fat cells so they can be used. Normal dieting doesn't unlock them as easily or at all.

Hummus in the center of hard-boiled eggs like a deviled egg. Make your own hummus (add red peppers, olive oil, lemon, garlic, and sesame seed paste to cooked chickpeas!) and stuff hard boiled egg whites. Toss the yolks to the birds.

You could eat these all day long and still lose weight because it's a protein bomb and kills cravings after a bit. Very good!!

Weight watchers is designed to have you lose 2 lb per week. And if you exercise, you get more points to spend on food!
They have a formula to figure out how many points of food you should eat based on your weight, age, gender, and activity level.
For example, I as a 28 year old female weighing 134 lbs and spending most days being only moderately active, get 21 points each day with an extra 35 freebie points to use as I wish throughout each week. So if I eat well each day, I can have one really bad day where I eat a huge piece of cake and something deep fried but I still lose 2 lbs. Or I can be kinda good each day and eat a few cookies here and there. If I hike or something, I can get a few more points.
A lot of it, though, is about food awareness. For me, breakfast was the biggest shocker. According to WW, two packets of oatmeal is 6 pts. A bagel with cream cheese is 8 pts. A glass of milk or juice is 4 pts. I was routinely eating almost half of my daily points before noon! Being hypoglycemic, I have specific requirements for my diet and have trained myself to always eat when I feel hungry. It was a huge challenge to find something I could afford to eat for breakfast that would tide me over until lunch. But I found out that 100 grams (about a cup) of hashbrowns and an egg fried with PAM is only 3 pts and fills me up for hours. Soup and salads are not too bad for lunch. Granola bars or crackers with fiber in them and veggies and fruits are good. Green smoothies are excellent too. As long as you can be dedicated to tracking your food, you will succeed.

The good thing about WW is you can eat almost ANY foods..... but just less of them.
You can have potatoes.. bread.. etc....
But.. the weigh tloss is just too slow! Gah!
Not sure which one to do (Atkins or WW).... i just went and got all the new WW books... and stuff...
but not sure i can do it... i dont wanna be hungry...

Weight loss clinics are giving injectable HCG. Although at 500 calories a day...you would lose weight. Be careful with this diet, I don't think polyvisol would bring you back from this one.

I know... BUT.. just buy the foods for YOU... the others can eat their regular foods...
Chicken and a salad for dinner.... you can even FRY the chicken.. (just no flour...)
Eggs and bacon or sausage for breakfast..
Deviled eggs or boiled eggs for snack... fried pork rinds with hot sauce... buffalo wings with blue cheese and celery... sugar free jello with whipped cream... atkins candy bars(good!)Salad with ham or chicken or any meats.... with boiled egg and bacon...
Tuna with mayo on lettuce...
Crab sald..
Stuffed mushroomes... (either stuffed with seafood or sausage)..
Steak.... ham... burgers... all with a salad or almost any veggie...
And once you get into ketosis, youre not really that hungry anymore...

Add all this to my list especially what I put in bold!

The last sentence is TRUE, I promise (as long as you don't cheat!)

I would love to read the scientific evidence. Do you have a link?
I found another link from a Dr. on Webmd.
